Our bean bags are made with high-quality materials to insure optimal comfort and durability. The top side fabric is made from 100% solution-dyed acrylic fibres, allowing it to keep its vibrant color despite UV rays and the rain. The fabric is water repellent and mold and mildew resistant.
The bottom side of the bean bag chair is made of Challenger Vinyl. As soft and delicate as leather, this performance vinyl is very durable and resistant. It has an impressive double-rubs of 1 500 000, resists to cold weather as low as -55’C and to UV rays.
We use smaller Styrobeads to offer better comfort and to insure their stability. After a few years of using our bean bags, it is possible that the bean bag needs to be refilled to bring it back to it’s original shape. You can then buy a beads refill bag and add them easily to the existing ones through the zipper on the insert.
The high-quality materials used also means high-end thread for the seams! Those for the zipper use Gore Tenara thread, guaranteed to last longer than the fabric itself! It will keep its colour and will resist to harsh weather conditions without ever break, stain or embrittle. The other seams use Sunguard polyester thread, which is also resistant to UV rays, mold and mildew.
Those characteristics allow our bean bags to be used both indoors or outdoors worry-free, for any environment, whether it is for residential, commercial or marine use.
