Make sure everything is dry before storing in a cool and dry place.

Do not put it on, against or close to a heat source.

Remove dirt and residues regularly. It is very important to clean any stain as fast as possible, especially oil-based products. Mop up then clean with a solution of liquid mild soap and warm water. Make sure to clean the whole surface of the fabric, seam to seam, to avoid water or residue rings. Rinse with clean and warm water and let air dry in the shade.

For tougher stains, use a solution of bleach and warm water diluted 1:10. Make sure to thoroughly rinse with clear water. Let air dry in the shade.

Clean the pillow insert in cold to lukewarm water (30’C) at the delicate cycle. Do not bleach. Let air dry or dry in low heat. Do not tumble dry. Make sure the pillow form is dry before putting in back in its cover.

Do not dry clean or tumble dry.

Avoid rubbing, using hard bristle brushes or abrasive techniques.

The fabrics and confection are guaranteed 1 year with normal use. This includes color alteration, manufacturing defects, zipper problems and seams.

Any damage caused by inappropriate use, storage or maintenance conditions are not guaranteed.

Inspection

Please note that all merchandise is verified and inspected in our workshop before shipping to be sure that each order is complete and in good condition.

When the client receives their order, it is very important that they verify the good condition of the packaging before opening the box.  If the box is damaged in any way, the customer must take pictures of it. Then, if the items in the box are damaged, take other pictures and send them by email to:  [email protected]

Shipment requirements

Any return requisition must be done within 10 days following the reception date of the merchandise.

The eligible articles to be returned must:

• Be in their original packaging and complete.
• The cardboard must be intact, free of scratch and without any writing.
• The items must not have been used.

*Special orders can not be returned.

Returning Fees

Return shipping fees will be taken care of by the customer.

Handling and administrative fees of 15 % will be applied for each returned item if there is no exchange.

Once the merchandise to be returned is received in our workshop, it will be inspected. If the inspection is approved, a credit will be applied on the same payment method used for the purchase in the next 10 business days.  A confirmation will be sent to you by email.

Exchange

If the client isn’t satisfied with the item, it is possible to return it. The client must send back the cover of the bean bag or cushion in an adequate packaging and keep in his possession the insert. The new cover will be sent within 5-7 business days following the reception of the merchandise. Shipping fees for both shipments will be at the client’s expense.

We will not take responsibility for inadequate packaging or items lost or damaged in the shipping back to our workshop.
