Please note that all merchandise is verified and inspected in our warehouse before shipping to be sure that each box is complete and in good condition.
When you receive your order, it is very important that you verify the good condition of the packaging before to open the box. If the box is damaged in any way, the customer must take pictures of it. Then, if the articles in the box are damaged, take other pictures and send them to us to [email protected].
Any return requisition must be done within 15 days following the reception date of the merchandise.
The eligible articles to be returned must:
- Be in their original packaging and complete.
- The cardboard must be intact, free of scratch and without any writing.
- All items must be in the box.
Exchange fees, repair fees or refund of a defective article will be taken charge by the manufacturer’s warranty and not by the one of the distributor.
OMC Premium Textiles will not be held responsible for any labor cost for a defective article.
Special orders can not be returned.
Return shipping fees will be at the customer’s expense.
Re-stocking and handling fees of 15 % will be applied for each returned item if there is no exchange.
Once the merchandise to be returned is received in our warehouse, it will be inspected. If the inspection is approved, a credit will be applied on the same payment mode than with the purchase in the next 10 business days. A confirmation will be send to you by email.
